Looking for something to do this Saturday? Take a stroll down to Broadway Market, which is a long road that connects London Fields to Regents Canal. It’s open on a Saturday from 9 – 5 when you can enjoy wandering around the delicious food market stalls that sell everything from potatoes to Vietnamese Coffee with all manner of organic bread, vegetables, cakes and pastries in between. There’s not just food at the market, you can also look at the different vintage clothes stalls, or visit one of the local pubs. It’s also a great place to go for a relaxing Sunday if you don’t like it when it’s busy, because all the café’s, pubs and restaurants are open all week long. Sit on a pavement table in the sun and watch the world go by! It’s a great alternative to Camden Market if you want to see what real Londoners do at the weekends! If the weather is good you can also relax in London Fields park at the end of the market, there's even a place where you can bring your own barbeque, which you can't do in all the parks in London.
