More ways to learn vocabulary at home

Aug 12, 2014

I've written a lot on this blog about learning vocabulary, which is because I think it is one of the most important things to do to help you improve your English. Hopefully you all write down all the vocabulary you learn every day, maybe you even have a vocabulary notebook as I suggested before. Here's another idea! Have you seen this great website? http://quizlet.com/ It lets you create and save flashcards and then play games with them. It’s great for learning or revising vocabulary at home. Just create an account and log in, then you can create a new ‘set’ of flashcards which are saved in your account. You can match words with their meanings, or phrasal verbs and collocations together. It’s up to you how you use it, and can be especially good if you get bored of looking in your vocabulary notebook!
