What's the best park to enjoy the hottest day of the year in?

Tomorrow (Friday) looks set to be the hottest day of the year so far - it looks like it will be 32 degrees! Hampstead Heath is a great place to go if the weather is beautiful, it's wild with beautiful green open space, trees, birds and ponds. You can even go swimming in the ponds with the ducks for a truly authentic British experience! If that doesn't sound good to you, there is a Lido (an outside swimming pool) which is duck-free. There’s a Men’s, Ladies and Mixed ponds, the Ladies is a particularly relaxing place to spend time – but only if you’re a girl! When the sun comes out in the summer it feels like everyone in London heads to the green grass and Hampstead Heath has a wonderful atmosphere. When you’re tired you can go into Hampstead itself, which is a very posh area and enjoy another British summertime experience - enjoying a beer in a local pub!
